Brandy has been hit with a second lawsuit over the car crash she caused in December, in which a woman died. The R&B star was at the wheel of a Land Rover when it hit the back of a Honda driven by waitress Awatef Aboudihaj. Brandy already has a $50 million lawsuit against her from the parents, but now Aboudihaj’s children are claiming negligence and wrongful death. Around the same time the first lawsuit was filed, the California Highway Patrol recommended that the singer-actress be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
