Vivica A. Fox was pulled over late Tuesday night for speeding on a Los Angeles freeway when she was clocked going 80 mph-15 mph over the speed limit and was unable to stay in the correct lane according to the California Highway patrol.
After failing a field sobriety test, Fox was taken to a Van Nuys jail where she submitted to two breathalyzer tests. She was cited and released Wednesday morning and ordered to appear in court.
