Eight people have been charged in the death of 14-year old Martin Lee Anderson at Florida boot camp earlier this year. Seven former guards caught on tape punching, kicking,and kneeing Anderson and military nurse have been charged with manslaughter in Martin's death, a special prosecutor said Tuesday.
